Forever Staffing is seeking experienced and caring Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team in the Devon area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting people to live independently in their own homes.

Role Overview:

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will travel between clients’ homes to deliver hands-on care and emotional support. You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting with mobility, administering medication, and preparing meals
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Completing care documentation and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
• Following tailored care plans and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in domiciliary care or a similar role
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, and patient approach to care
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
